Great British Pub Food Awards
We are pleased to announce that from 2,000 entrants Aldwark Arms Chef Proprietor, Chris Hill, was selected as one of only 3 finalists for the Great British Pub Food Awards in the dessert category. The 3 finalists had to cook their dish in London on February 1st, plus a Masterchef-style cook-off with ingredients provided by the organisers.
The recipe for Chris’s Dark Chocolate Tart has also been published in the newly released Relish Yorkshire book, which features many of the best restaurants in the county. Copies are available at the pub for anyone interested.
