THE RESTAURANT
The Aldwark Arms restaurant serves traditional Yorkshire food, freshly prepared every day from locally sourced ingredients, but cooked and presented in a modern British style. Chef-proprietor Chris Hill trained at two Michelin Star restaurants – Hambleton Hall in Rutland (1 star) and Whatley Manor in the Cotswolds (2 stars). He has also worked at the Drunken Duck, a gastro pub and real ale brewery in the Lake District and at Harvey Nichols in Leeds.
Our wines are sourced from around the world to cater for everyone’s tastes and budget. Coffee is freshly brewed ‘from bean to cup’, including decaffeinated and we offer a range of teas.
